History: Justine’s mother, Chantal, was born and raised in France. She attended college and became a nurse a local hospital. At the hospital was where she met Benjamin, a Pharmacist from Ireland who was on trip for work and as a bit of holiday for himself. The two of them began a fast and torrid romance that ultimately ended with Chantal moving to Ireland and getting married to Benjamin. Years later they had their first child, a son named Knight, and couldn’t fight how happy they were. Chantal quit her job as a nurse to dedicate her time to her new son. A couple years later they were blessed with twins, Thomas and Justine. Justine grew up in a very happy household, going on trips to France to meet her grandparents. She also learned French from an early age since her mother liked to remain fluent and would commonly speak to them in that language when they were younger.
Justine decided that she wanted to be able to teach French as her career, so she went off to college at the University College Cork where she would eventually get her degree. It was during her year abroad in France that she learned of St. Dymphna college near her home in Ireland and was offered a job to teach there pending her graduation. Justine was elated, but all good news comes with a price and she also found out that her father was diagnosed with cancer. Justine stayed at home while finishing up her degree to be close to her father and he managed to stay alive through her graduation. Soon after he succumbed to the cancer and passed away peacefully at home.
Justine stayed at home to help her brothers take care of their mom for a few months, but she couldn’t give up her job offer at St. Dymphna. She joined them for their Spring semester that year and started student teaching before she was given her own classes. She currently has an apartment in town and occasionally goes home to see her mother.


Personality: Family means a lot to her and she is still a bit haunted by the death of her father. She has two older brothers, so she’s grown to be a bit of a tomboy, but her mom helped fight that by taking her shopping whenever they were in France. She is a little reserved at first, but she can open up quickly and she knows how to have fun.

Appearance and dress: Justine has shoulder length blonde hair that she tends to keep simple and down. She dresses quite nicely, trying to always look her best, but doesn’t mind just wearing just jeans and a t-shirt. She looks like the typical girl next door in most respects.
